I had been searching for a knit vest for some time and was excited when I came across this vintage find! I was even more pleased when it arrived to discovery that it was better than described/pictured. This is a great piece, and I will no doubt place orders in the future.

I recently purchased this beautiful dress and I’m so glad I did! With Virginia’s hot and humid summer weather fast approaching, I couldn’t pass it up. I saw the dress featured in 1919 Vintage’s Instagram story where Anne described it as lightweight, gauzy, and said that whoever were to buy it would be wearing it all summer. I can say with 100% certainty that I, in fact, will be living in this dress for the next few months! Anne always gives the best and most accurate descriptions of the items in her shop and I have yet to be disappointed with an order. It's evident that she takes great care in ensuring her customers receive exactly what they expect and more.

Upon opening the box, I was greeted with a lovely scent which I later discovered is a result of Anne's choice of detergent (which she kindly shared with me when I inquired about it). I received the Kyoto cotton jacket in pristine condition and have received many compliments on it. The pattern is stunning and the weight of the cotton material is comfortable and breathable, yet is that perfect additional layer for light breezes. I also can't understate how great it was to have multiple excellent pockets on the inside and outside of the coat!

I love shopping vintage, and get most of my clothes from boutiques, thrift stores, and estate sales. While hunting down the perfect piece is part of the fun, I couldn't resist trying out this style box, because it sounded pretty incredible to get a whole box of vintage at once.
